I have read, understood, and acknowledged the Personal Data Privacy Policy (the “Policy “) of Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited (the “Company “). I fully understand that the Company will collect, use, and disclose (“process “) my personal data by complying with the Policy, which has been issued, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). I hereby give my consent for the Company to collect, use, and disclose my personal data, i.e., name and surname, address, contact details, telephone numbers, digital identity data and audio files that I have provided to the Company, or that the Company has received from its communications with or provision of services to me, or that the Company has obtained from other sources to which I have given my consent for the collection, use, and disclosure (“processing”) of my personal data, in order for the Company to disseminate information that is beneficial to me in responding to my requests for additional services, that will benefit me, or for effectively managing communication system, analyzing, improving, or adjusting contents to meet my requirements.
