Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited (the “Company”) wishes to inform you that the Company has collected, used, and disclosed (collectively “processed”) your personal data, for example: names, surname, addresses, and telephone numbers, etc. in our possession before the date the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “PDPA Act”) came into full force and effect. 

In view of the above and in order to inform you of the objectives and other relevant information relating to the processing of your personal data and your rights under the PDPA Act, the Company has prepared the Personal Data Privacy Policies. You are advised to read and become familiarized with the Personal Data Privacy Policies in your own interest. 

In addition, in order to comply with the PDPA Act, you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by clicking here or contact us at [email protected]. After the Company has received your request, the Company will process this in accordance with the PDPA Act. 

If the Company does not hear from you before 31 May 2022, we wish to inform you that the Company will continue processing your personal data, including retaining, using, and disclosing it to third parties in compliance with the provisions of the PDPA Act and the Personal Data Privacy Policies.
