Terms and Conditions
- Insure for pet age between 3 month - 9 year
1.1 Pet with age of 3 month - 7 year don't need medical check up (Can extend until age of 9)
1.2 Pet with age of 8 - 9 year need medical check up (except for plan 1) - Need vaccine documentation bas eon doctor requirement
if document requirement is not fullfill owner need medical check up for thier pet before purchasing insurance policy - Pet must not have any surgical due to illness before purchasing an insurance policy
- Pet need to be healthy without any injured, disabiliyu, or illness when purchasing insurance insurance policy
- Cover while pet live in Thailand
- 1 insurance policy / 1 pet only
Exclusion
- Pet was killed from malicious act
- Don't cover while pet is in foreign country
- Any medical treatment due to
3.1 Illness while in 60 days waiting period
3.2 Insured pet die within 90 days of waiting period
3.3 Any childhood disease or disorder and any disease that infected before purchasing an insurance
3.4 Any illness because of transportation or malnutrition
3.5 Parasite, Tick, Flea, Mites, Epidemic, Leprosy, or any disease.
Buyer should read any detail, coverage, and exclusion before purchasing insurance policy
