1. This insurance policy will cover for people who have age between 15 - 70 year old. Insured need to be healthy, don't have any disability both physical and mental. We don't cover for unnecessary medical treatment

2.Every insured need to fill the proposal which has considered by company base on policy of the company 

3.Don't cover for any illness or symptom that occur and still not recover before effective date of insurance policy

4.Don't cover for any illness including Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)) within 30 day of waiting period after policy is first effective

5.Don't cover for any realated illness that cause by coronavirus-2019 (2019-nCoV) that occur during 30 day after insurance effective date (waiting period)

6.Don't cover for following disease : All Tumour and Cysts, Cholesystistic, Hemorrhoids, Hemias, Cataract, Tonsil or Adenoid and Calculus, Varicose vaon, Endomentriosis which occur within 120 days (Waiting Period) after first effective date of policy
